Vanda Jones, executive director for BCAS, said: “As far as we know this is the first time that there has been an independent survey of end users to discover what they want from their suppliers and maintenance providers and how they rate their supplier.

“I believe it is vital to take a snapshot of how the compressed air industry is performing and areas where we can collectively improve.”
